National Tour Permit Form

Blue Sky Insurance Certificate


Here's what you do for the tour permit.


Attach the Blue Sky Adventures itinerary you received with your Letter of Understanding to the National Tour Permit form (download above). Insert the following language in the section on insurance:


“Ground transportation provided by professional tour operator, Blue Sky Adventures”.


Attach the Blue Sky Adventures certificate of insurance to the National Tour Permit (download above). This should be sufficient. However, the “National” tour permit is really administered by region and each region has it’s own needs so we never know for sure exactly what is required. If your region needs additional information, please contact us.


The Tour Permit form is really set up for a Troop that drives it self, thus the info requested on drivers, vehicles, etc. It isn't feasible to ask for the drivers license number of the driver of a commercial vehicle as we do not schedule our drivers until the week before your visit. It is like asking an airline for the license of the pilot who will fly the plane.
