Exciting College Experience for Colorado Itineraries!

  1. •    All Blue Sky Adventures groups will stay at Alpine Village Apartments located on the spectacular campus of  University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.

  2. •    The campus is on a bluff that overlooks the city of Colorado Springs with the Garden of the Gods and majestic Pike’s Peak in the background!  This is not your average college setting!

  3. •    Every person will have their own room and bed with two shared bathrooms and a common room in each apartment.  No more than 4 scouts per apartment!

  4. •    Most parents agree that visiting a college campus is an important program element since most of the scouts will be making college decisions in the near future.

  5. •    All participants will have access to the brand new University Recreation Center.  Amenities include: pool, 30 person hot tub, 2 basketball courts, and bouldering wall!

  6. •    Other amenities include: TV lounge, laundry facilities, and computer room with internet access.

  7. •    Blue Sky Adventures has exclusive access to an entire apartment building so that the scouts will not be housed with any other students or faculty.

  8. •    Breakfast will be served in the newly renovated Lodge at UCCS.  With a large fireplace and rustic décor, this building is more like a high end ski lodge than a cafeteria. Most important, the food is excellent and all you can eat!
