If you are going to/from Philmont, please remember to book a shuttle for both your arrival date and your departure date.
If shuttle service is not provided on your scheduled arrival day OR you are not able to schedule an arriving flight by 1:00 pm, please contact Philmont at (575) 376- 2281 to check for a possible arrival adjustment and/or other shuttle options.
Fee is $125 each way and is due when you book. Refunds are available until 30 days prior to your scheduled shuttle.
Deadline for reservations is four weeks prior to your date of arrival / departure. Depending on our capacity, seats might be available after this deadline. If seats are available, please book your reservation as soon as your plans are confirmed as that is the only way to guarantee your seat.
